LRP Islampur lifts title at Nasya Premier League cricket tourney

Pune: LRP Islampur scraped past wins in super over against Siddhakala  Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Sangamner to lift title at the Nasya Premier League Cricket Tournament organized by the Nasya Maharashtra and played at the Legends Sports Academy, Mundhwa.

LRP Islampur scored a thrilling 10 wickets win over Siddhakala  Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Sangamner. In a thrilling match which ended in a tie,Siddhakala  Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Sangamner scored 70runs for loss of four wickets,  LRP Islampur tied on the last ball also scoring 70 runs for loss of four wickets. In the following super over  Siddhakala  Mahavidyalaya, Sangamner scored 14 runs, while  LRP Islampur scored 15 runs to win the title.

Siddhakala  Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Sangamner: 70/4 in 8 overs(Ramiz Shaikh 24(14), Nilesh Kakad 18(11), Sunil Kute 17(17), Ashwin Barge 1-13, Nilesh Nigade 1-15, Ibrahim Maner 1-19, Aadesh Bansode 1-17) vs LRP Islampur: 70/4 in 8 overs (Pradip Kakade 34(25), Pratik Tandale 19(6), Sunil Vishwakarma 2-10, Nikhil Nikam 1-9, Nilesh Kakad 1-22);
Siddhakala  Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Sangamner: 14/0 in 1over ( Ramiz Shaikh 8 not out, Nilesh Kakad 5 not out ) lost to  LRP Islampur: 15/0 in 1 over ( Pradip Kakade 10 not out., Nilesh Nigade 5 not out.).  Man of the match-Nilesh Kakad.
