Pune: Holders PYC ‘A’ alongside PYC ‘B’ entered the semifinals of the elite division at the eighth edition of the Shashi Vaidya Memorial Inter Club Tennis Championship organised by PYC Hindu Gymkhana and Pune District Tennis Association (PMDTA) in progress at the PYC Hindu Gymkhana Tennis courts.

In the quarterfinals, PYC ‘B’ represented by Himanshu Gosavi, Anup Minda, Sarang Pabalkar, Amogh Behere, Yogesh Pantsachiv, Sunder Iyer and Varun Magikar outplayed Solaris ‘2’ 24-02.
 
In another quarter final match, PYC ‘A’  represented by Abhishek Tamhane, Satyamurty,  Ketan Dhumal, Rutu Kulkarni, Jayant Kadhe, Prashant Sutar, Kedar Shah and Dr.Abhay Jamenis disposed off PYC ‘C’ 24-07.
