Swing for Happy Schools concludes

PUNE: Over 70 golfers came together for a fundraising event, Swing for Happy Schools at Pune Golf Course.

The event to support Rotary Riverside with title sponsor HDFC Banks Speciales saw teams which were sponsored by various corporates from across the city. 

The event also witnessed individual players who were out to play for a cause.

The team winners trophy was sponsored by Weikfield Products Corp LLP and presented by CEO of Weikfield, DS Sachdeva. Brigadier Rohit Kapoor was the winner of the tournament, with the trophy being handed over by Managing Director of Amstrad, Nipun Singhal and Abhishek Deshmukh, HDFC Bank Ltd, Retail Branch Banking Head. 

Kapoor was awarded a 50 inch 4K UHD Official Android TV by Amstrad and a resort stay.  Col SK Singh, HR Head from Nyati Group donated Rs 5 lakh to the Happy Schools project, making it the largest contribution for the fundraiser.
