Telang, Talvalikar, Rane, Phirke win titles

PUNE: Nilesh Telang, Sonali Talvalikar, Manoj Rane, Vaishali Phirke won titles in their respective categories in the Run for Cancer event which was organised in the city to raise awareness about cancer by Care India Medical Society (CIMS) and Runbuddies Club at Mahavir Jain girls hostel on BMCC road.

In the 10-km run, Manoj Rane took the honour of completing the run in the 39 minutes and 16 seconds. Vaishali Phirke completed run in 59 minutes 12 seconds in the girls section to take the first place.

RESULTS:
Boys, 10-km: 1. Manoj Rane 39 minutes, 16 seconds., 2. Sameer Dubhe 42.2., 3. Aaroh Cain 43.3.
5-km: 1. Nilesh Telang 28 minutes, 10 seconds, 2. Rohit Mahanuni 29.12., 3. Parth Sable 30.5.

Girls, 10-km: 1. Vaishali Phirke 59 minutes, 12seconds, 2. Pallavi Naphade 61.6, 3. Namrata Maan 62.26   
5-km: 1. Sonali Talvalikar 28 minutes. 20 seconds, 2. Dr Shweta Mahamuni 30.8., 3. Jyoti Tiwari 31. 22.
