Apple Business is fundamentally centered around integrated mobile device management (MDM), allowing organizations to configure devices with pre-installed apps and settings using Blueprints. This facilitates zero-touch deployment, enabling employees to begin working immediately. Managed Apple Accounts ensure company data remains secure while safeguarding personal information, and IT administrators can effortlessly distribute apps, form teams, and manage roles.

The service is available at no cost to both new and current users of Apple Business Connect, Apple Business Essentials, and Apple Business Manager. Upon launch, existing data and configurations will seamlessly transition to Apple Business. Certain features, such as the companion app, email, calendar, and directory tools, necessitate iOS 26, iPadOS 26, or macOS 26.

Apple Business brings together a range of tools to boost productivity and simplify business operations, combining communication services with brand and customer engagement features in one platform.

Key features:

  • Integrates email, calendar, and directory services with support for custom domains.

  • Enables employees to connect with colleagues, schedule meetings, and manage contacts seamlessly.

  • Centralizes brand and location management previously handled through Apple Business Connect.

  • Allows businesses to manage brand profiles, update location details, and showcase products.

  • Tracks customer interactions across Apple Maps, Wallet, and iCloud Mail.

  • Supports Tap to Pay on iPhone with the option to display business logos and branding during transactions.
