On September 12, OpenAI launched a new initiative named the 'OpenAI Grove,' a mentorship program designed to support young entrepreneurs in developing applications using Artificial Intelligence (AI), amidst the growing prominence of AI.

The OpenAI headquarters will provide a five-week program featuring weekly office hours, in-person seminars, and guidance from OpenAI's technical experts. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with new OpenAI tools and models before they are released to the public, along with receiving technical assistance and community support.

They will also have the chance to explore raising capital or pursue other opportunities, either within or outside of OpenAI. OpenAI launched a mentorship initiative called the 'Pioneer Program' in April this year, designed to assist budding entrepreneurs with their pre-idea stages before execution.

The first group of Grove will start their session on October 20 and continue until November 21, with approximately 15 participants involved. Interested individuals should submit their applications by September 24. Upon completion of the program, participants may have the opportunity to continue working internally with the recently valued $500 billion ChatGPT creator.
