Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia officially announced the 9th edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona. Scheduled to take place in New Delhi from October 8 to October 11, 2025, IMC 2025 is poised to be a landmark event, solidifying India's position as a global leader in digital transformation.

The event is expected to attract over 100,000 attendees from more than 120 countries, with over 1,000 exhibitors, including the GSMA.

Scindia emphasised India's remarkable strides in technology and telecommunications, attributing this growth to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visionary leadership. He highlighted India's potential to lead in emerging technologies like 6GAI, and Quantum Computing.
