PVR Inox has partnered with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to screen IPL 2025 matches live in cinemas across over 30 cities in India. This exciting initiative aims to enhance the viewing experience for cricket fans by bringing the thrill of live matches to the big screen, starting with the grand opening ceremony on March 22.

Fans can now enjoy IPL matches in a cinema environment complete with high-quality visualsimmersive sound, and plush seating. PVR Inox aims to recreate the stadium atmosphere, allowing fans to cheer for their teams alongside fellow supporters.

The screenings will take place in major metropolitan areas as well as Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, ensuring that cricket lovers from all regions can partake in this unique experience. Locations include cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Bengaluru, along with various regions in Punjab, Rajasthan, and Kerala.

Gautam Dutta, CEO – Revenue & Operations at PVR Inox, expressed his excitement about merging two of India's greatest passions—cinema and cricket. He highlighted the overwhelming response from audiences during previous screenings, affirming the popularity of this initiative.

The live screenings will feature weekend matches and playoffs throughout the IPL season. Fans can visit the PVR Inox website or app for real-time updates on showtimes and locations.

This collaboration is set to revolutionise how fans experience IPL matches, providing a premium sports entertainment option that combines the excitement of live cricket with the comfort of a cinema setting.
