After months of speculation, the Samsung Galaxy S26 series is set to debut in just a few weeks. The lineup will introduce three models: the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Among them, the base Galaxy S26 is expected to draw major attention, thanks to its competitive pricing and the likely inclusion of Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon chipset.
Reports suggest the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will retain much of its existing design language, featuring a slim chassis and a refined metal frame without major aesthetic changes. The device is expected to arrive in four colour options: Blue, White, Black, and a new Orange variant. The latter, a bold addition to the lineup, is likely to stand out with its vibrant finish.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 might be equipped with a triple rear camera system, including a 50MP main camera, a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Additionally, the device may feature a 12MP front-facing camera for taking selfies and participating in video calls.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 is likely to sport a 6.3-inch QHD OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of around 2,600 nits. Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The device could run Android 16 with Samsung’s One UI 8.5 on top. A 4,300mAh battery with fast-charging support is also anticipated for the base model.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 lineup, which encompasses the three specified models, is set to launch both globally and internationally on February 25, 2026, during the Galaxy Unpacked event. It is likely that the device will be priced at approximately Rs 84,990.
