Tech Mahindra has announced the launch of its Communications Experience Center (CEC) in Pune, a hub designed to help Communications Service Providers (CSPs) co-create growth solutions and reimagine operations, customer experience, and business models through AI-led innovation.
Positioned as a nerve center for the telecom industry, the CEC builds on the company’s decades of communications expertise and will be supported by a network of satellite innovation centers globally, aligned to regional priorities under a unified framework.
The new center features immersive demonstrations, communications-focused use cases, and collaborative innovation areas designed for CXO-level decision-makers. It emphasizes:

Autonomous network operations
Digital consumer and connected enterprise models
Al-native, cloud-first platforms with secure communications-specific Al use cases
Partner-led co-creation zones to accelerate ecosystem-driven innovation
