This trial phase allows select users to experience unlimited high-speed data at no additional cost, marking a major milestone in Vi's journey to bring next-generation connectivity to its customers.

Features of Vodafone Idea 5G Trial:

Eligibility and Access:

Users who receive an SMS from Vi Care or notice a 5G signal on their devices may be eligible for the trial. To participate, customers need a 5G-compatible smartphone and a 5G-ready SIM, existing 4G SIMs are compatible.

Unlimited Data Offer:

During the trial, select users can enjoy unlimited 5G data without any extra charges. However, if users move out of the 5G coverage area, their connection will automatically switch to 4G, consuming data from their existing plan

Feedback and Network Refinement:

The trial phase is designed to gather valuable feedback from users, helping Vi refine its network performance and enhance the overall consumer experience before the commercial launch

Vi plans a full-fledged commercial launch of its 5G services in Mumbai around Holi, which falls on March 14, 2025. Following the Mumbai launch, Vi will expand its 5G services to Delhi, Bangalore, Chandigarh, and Patna in April 2025

With its focus on high-speed connectivity and customer feedback, Vi is poised to make a lasting impact on the country's 5G landscape.
