A Step-by-Step Guide to Xbox Cloud Gaming in India

The first requirement is an active Xbox Game Pass subscription. Gamers also need a stable internet connection of at least 20Mbps to stream smoothly. A compatible controller is required for most titles, though some games offer touch control support.

To start streaming, open a supported browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Safari—on your PC, smartphone, tablet, handheld device, or other compatible platforms, and follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://xbox.com/play

  2. Sign in with your Xbox Game Pass account

  3. Connect a compatible controller, such as an Xbox Wireless Controller, Xbox Adaptive Controller, PlayStation DualSense, or DualShock.

  4. On a PC, some games also support mouse and keyboard controls.

To play games on compatible Smart TVs, download the Xbox app, open it, and log in with your Xbox Game Pass account. You'll also need a Bluetooth controller that works with the system to begin gaming.
