
Pune: The mystery surrounding the brutal murder of Satish Tatyaba Wagh (58, resident of Fursungi, Saswad Road), uncle of MLA Yogesh Tilekar, is now beginning to unfold. According to the charge sheet filed by the police, the main conspirator in this case is Akshay Jawalkar, and shockingly, it was Mohini Wagh who got him involved in the plot. Moreover, the investigation has revealed that black magic was allegedly used in an attempt to eliminate Satish Wagh.
1,000-Page Charge Sheet Filed; Case Registered Against Six Accused
During the ongoing investigation, officers from the Crime Branch have filed a 1,000-page charge sheet in the Cantonment Court, Pune. The charge sheet names six accused, including prime suspects Akshay Jawalkar and Mohini Wagh, along with Atish Jadhav, Pawan Sharma, Navnath Gursale, and Vikas Shinde.
Brutal Murder in Just 15 Minutes with 72 Stabs
On December 9, 2024, around 7:30 AM, Satish Wagh was kidnapped. Within just 15 minutes, the accused brutally stabbed him 72 times, leading to his gruesome murder. Later, to dispose of the body, they dumped it in the Shindwane Ghat area.
How Was the Murder Unraveled?
Following the incident, Satish Wagh’s son filed a complaint at Hadapsar Police Station. Recognizing the seriousness of the case, the Hadapsar police handed over the investigation to the Crime Branch. A thorough inquiry led to the exposure of the main accused and the entire conspiracy behind the crime.
Was Black Magic Used for the Murder?
The charge sheet states that Mohini Wagh allegedly performed black magic rituals to eliminate Satish Wagh. This revelation has once again highlighted the need for stricter enforcement of Maharashtra’s Anti-Superstition and Black Magic Act.
