Pune, 11th June 2026: A man was seriously injured after two unidentified attackers opened fire on him in Sahakarnagar on Wednesday night. The incident took place around 9:30 pm near Shinde High School, triggering panic among residents and commuters in the vicinity.

According to preliminary information, the assailants arrived on a motorcycle and targeted a man who was standing near Bikaner Chowk. Armed with a pistol and a sharp weapon, the duo fired at the victim before fleeing towards the Taljai Vasahat area.

Local residents immediately rushed the injured man to a private hospital for treatment. His identity had not been officially confirmed at the time of reporting.
