Do you know what are the health benefits of drinking clove water on an empty stomach after getting up in the morning? Well, clove which is a common spice widely used in Indian cooking, also has special benefits if consumed on empty stomach.

It is said that drinking the clove water on an empty stomach helps you to keep your blood sugar levels in control. Besides that, it also boosts the insulin process that works for maintaining sugar levels. The clove water also detoxifies from within that helps in removing the toxic substances from your body.

It also helps in improving one’s immunity in fighting various diseases. It also helps in digestion. Those who are suffering from bloating, gas, and indigestion can consume clove water. Similarly, those who have cavity problems, clove helps in curing it too. It is beneficial for bad br and gum problems,lems too.

When and how to consume this water?

Soak seven to eight cloves in a glass of warm water at night. In the morning boil the water for 15 to 20 minutes, keep it aside to cool down. And then drink the water.
