Madhuri Dixit Secures Prime Office Space in Mumbai's Lower Parel for ₹2.81 Crore

Madhuri Dixit has leased a commercial office for five years in a building called One Lodha Place in Mumbai's real estate market.

According to documents examined by Square Yards, Madhuri Dixit has leased a commercial office space in Mumbai's Lower Parel for a duration of five years, with a total rental cost of ₹2.81 crore.

As per the property registration documents, the commercial space is situated in One Lodha Place, Lower Parel, covering a carpet area of 731 square feet. The transaction also comprises a car parking spot and was recorded with a stamp duty of Rs. 72,600, registration fees of Rs. 1,000, and a security deposit of Rs. 17 lakh.

The lease term spans 60 months (5 years), with the initial monthly rent set at Rs. 4.25 lakh for the first year. This amount increases by 5 percent to Rs. 4.46 lakh in the second year. It continues to rise by 5 percent to Rs. 4.68 lakh in the third year, Rs. 4.91 lakh in the fourth year, and finally reaches Rs. 5.16 lakh in the fifth year, according to the documents.

SquareYards reported that the total rental value for the full five-year period amounts to Rs. 2.81 crore. The lease agreement was officially recorded on March 24, 2026, and the property was rented from a person named Rinku Parikshit Joshi.

Attempts to contact Madhuri Dixit and the property's owner, Rinku Parikshit Joshi, were unsuccessful.
