Visit the official Maharashtra Transport Department website and go to the Book My HSRP portal.
Select the type of number plate based on your vehicle.

Book an appointment for HSRP installation.
On the scheduled date, visit the fitting center with your vehicle and documents, or opt for home delivery of the number plate.
