Kirtane & Pandit Institute Hosts ‘Run for the Republic’ Marathon for 76th Republic Day

Winners of the event were Babu Bavdhane, who secured first place, followed by Yash Date in second place, Shravan Bishnoi in third place, and Dhaivat Apte in fourth place.

Pune: To mark the 76th Indian Republic Day, Kirtane & Pandit LLP organized the 'Run for the Republic' Marathon 2025, celebrating the spirit of unity and democracy.

The marathon, held on January 26, covered a three-kilometer route starting and ending at the institute on Karve Road. The path included landmarks like Dashabhuja Ganpati, Karishma Society Chowk, Karve Statue, and Shivaji Maharaj Chowk.

The marathon saw enthusiastic participation, with hundreds of office bearers, employees, and students joining the run. Winners of the event were Babu Bavdhane, who secured first place, followed by Yash Date in second place, Shravan Bishnoi in third place, and Dhaivat Apte in fourth place. All participants were presented with medals and certificates to acknowledge their involvement.

CA Milind Limaye and CA Parag Pansare represented the institute at the event. Sneha Patole, along with her team, played a key role in the seamless execution of the marathon.

Speaking on the occasion, CA Milind Limaye said, "The 'Run for the Republic' marathon was organized to celebrate democracy and promote unity among people. Every year, Kirtane & Pandit Institute undertakes meaningful social initiatives to mark Republic Day.

Previously, we have organized campaigns such as the ‘Mera Tiranga Mera Abhiman’ (My Flag, My Pride) flag collection drive, blood donation camps, and cleanliness campaigns. We aim to continue these efforts in the future as well."

The event highlighted the importance of coming together to celebrate national values and emphasized the role of community initiatives in fostering societal harmony.
