India has now entered into its third lockdown to curtail the spread of the novel coronavirus; the central government recently issued relaxation in some part such as allowing movement in red zones as well as in green zones re-opening of some non-essential shops. But amongst all this, the re-opening of liquor shops after dry weeks is now making a buzz.

People across the country queued up, even 500 metres outside the liquor shops to get their stock of booze refilled, with social distancing going for a toss at some places. 

Even firecrackers were burst in Karnataka and buyers were poured with flowers by the storekeepers in Mirzapur.
