NICMAR HR Summit-2025 to Focus on AI, Workforce Trends, and Career Growth

Pune: NICMAR University is set to host the 'HR Summit-2025' on April 4. The one-day summit aims to provide students with insights into future career trends, workforce evolution, and the impact of artificial intelligence on jobs.

Speaking about the event, Dr. Prashant Dave, Registrar of NICMAR University, emphasized the significance of this summit in preparing students for the challenges of tomorrow’s job market.

The event will be graced by Dr. C. Jay Kumar, Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Human Resources at Larsen & Toubro, who will deliver the keynote address. Additionally, Dr. Anil Kashyap, Chancellor of NICMAR University, and Dr. Sushma S. Kulkarni, Vice Chancellor, will be present at the event.
