Pune: Sahyadri Hospitals has introduced Maharashtra’s first AI-Powered Health Command Centre in collaboration with Dozee. The initiative leverages cutting-edge artificial intelligence to enhance patient safety, enabling continuous monitoring, early detection of health deterioration, and timely interventions to save lives and improve recovery outcomes.

The Command Centre, currently operational at the Hadapsar and Deccan branches, will be extended to all Sahyadri facilities over the next six months. Equipped with Dozee’s state-of-the-art Remote Monitoring System (RMS) and Early Warning System (EWS), this initiative facilitates real-time monitoring of vital parameters such as heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, SPO2 levels, temperature, and ECG.

Dozee’s AI-based Ballistocardiography (BCG) technology provides contactless monitoring, offering healthcare providers critical time for early intervention. A study published in Frontiers in Medical Technology revealed that Dozee’s Early Warning System can predict patient deterioration up to 16 hours in advance, significantly improving clinical outcomes.

Abrarali Dalal, Managing Director and CEO of Sahyadri Hospitals Private Limited, stated: “The launch of the AI-Powered Command Centre marks a revolutionary step in transforming patient care and safety. In partnership with Dozee, this initiative highlights our commitment to proactive healthcare management through cutting-edge technology.”

Col Dr. Sunil Rao (Retd), Group COO, Sahyadri Hospitals, emphasized: “This initiative reaffirms our vision of creating a safer, smarter healthcare ecosystem by integrating AI into clinical practice. It reflects our dedication to providing the highest standards of care.”

Dr. Kapil Borawake, Director of Critical Care at Sahyadri Hospitals, highlighted: “By adopting real-time monitoring and predictive analytics, we are transitioning from reactive to preventive care. This approach enhances decision-making, saving lives, and improving recovery rates.”
