Jnana Prabodhini and MCCIA will conduct BEAM aptitude test

Pune: In order to help people identify their potential in entrepreneurial success, Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) and Jnana Prabodhini would soon be conducting the Entrepreneur’s Aptitude Measurement Test.

The test, based on a Battery of Entrepreneurship Aptitude Measurement (BEAM), is developed and administered by Jnana Prabohini Samshodhan Sanstha. It is recommended for the first time entrepreneurs and also for the second generation who are on the verge of entering into their family business.

The test can be taken on May 26, June 7, 9, and 21 at MCCIA, Tilak Road.

This test is based on a psychometric tool, which helps in identifying the potentials in the entrepreneurs. It includes some mental abilities, measurement of entrepreneurial potential, knowing your inclination, achievement, motivation, orientations, coping strategies and checklists indicating core facets of an entrepreneurial personality.

“Jnana Probodhini studied successful entrepreneur for around five years and devised the test. Here, we will study the traits, inclinations, motivations of the participants, and discuss the report with them, one to one. Both their positive and negative points will be put forth, and accordingly suggestions will be provided,” Lalit Waykole of MCCIA explained.

About test
 This test can be taken in English and Marathi. 
 The timings for the test would be 10 am to 1 pm and the candidates are expected to be at the venue on time.
