Last Admission Round Open Till Oct 17

Pune: The Education Department has opened the eighth round for first year junior college (FYJC) admissions for the academic year 2019-20. The window for the first-come-first-serve round is available till October 17.

Over 36,000 seats were vacant after seven rounds of Centralised Admission Process (CAP) at junior colleges in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
The officials have stated that all the candidates, who have been unable to seek admission in any colleges, can participate in this round. This will be the last round. 

The Education Department has stated that hereafter, no rounds for admissions for first year junior college will be held.
