Under the new plan, Air India Express will operate daily flights from Pune to Bangkok, while IndiGo will fly to the Thai capital three times a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. For Dubai, daily services will be available through both SpiceJet and IndiGo, providing passengers with more travel options for business and leisure.

Airport officials said that these routes mark a major step in enhancing Pune’s global reach, improving connectivity with key business and tourist destinations. They added that direct links to cities like Bangkok and Dubai will help boost trade and tourism while meeting the growing demand from international travellers.

In addition to new overseas routes, Pune Airport’s domestic network will now cover 34 Indian cities, including Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Goa, Ahmedabad, Indore, Jaipur, and Varanasi. The winter schedule allows airlines to operate 208 flights daily, with room for further expansion depending on fleet and crew availability.

AAI officials said the updated schedule reflects their focus on safety, efficiency, and passenger convenience while supporting long-term infrastructure growth to manage increasing air traffic.
