In the first coach (DMA Car), 14 seats will be reserved for women and two seats for senior citizens. The middle coach (T-Car) will have 18 seats for women and four for senior citizens, while the third coach (DMB Car) will include 14 seats for women and two seats for senior citizens.

Metro authorities have displayed detailed seating layouts inside coaches and at metro stations to help passengers identify the reserved seats easily. The information will also be available on the official Pune Metro mobile application.

Officials said the move is intended to make metro travel safer and more convenient, particularly for women and elderly commuters. Authorities have also urged passengers to respect the reserved seating arrangement and cooperate to ensure a comfortable journey for everyone.
