On Friday, minimum temperatures in suburban parts of the city such as Wadgaon Sheri, Magarpatta, Chinchwad, and Koregaon Park rose to around 18 degrees Celsius, nearly four degrees above the average.

However, some central and rural pockets including Shivajinagar, Malin, and Haveli continued to record relatively cooler conditions, with minimum temperatures ranging between 12 and 13 degrees Celsius.

Today, January 17, Shivajinagar reported a minimum temperature of 13.9 degrees Celsius, while the maximum climbed to 31.7 degrees Celsius.
