The physical and field tests will begin on February 16 and will be followed by a written examination for candidates who qualify. The detailed schedule of each stage will be announced in phases, and candidates will be informed through the official website and direct messages.

The physical test will include height and chest measurement, a 100-metre sprint, a 1,600-metre run (800 metres for women candidates), and shot put. The test carries a total of 100 marks, with a minimum of 50 marks required to qualify.

To ensure complete transparency and fairness, the entire recruitment process will be conducted under RFID technology and CCTV surveillance. This system will accurately record candidate attendance, running time, and performance, significantly reducing human interference and chances of manipulation.

Strict security measures will also be in place during the written examination. Officials involved in setting question papers will not be allowed to use mobile phones or have any external contact. Examination centres will have tight monitoring to prevent any unfair practices.

“The recruitment process will be conducted in a completely transparent manner. From senior officers to ground-level staff, human interference will be minimised. Candidates should not fall prey to any staff member or middleman,” said Additional Commissioner of Police (Administration) Sanjay Patil.

He added that if anyone demands money in exchange for selection, candidates should immediately contact the Additional Commissioner of Police at 7391082611 or approach the Anti-Corruption Bureau.
