The programme will be held at the SSPMS College ground near RTO Chowk, close to the Regional Transport Office (RTO), on August 22. The event is scheduled to begin around 4:30 pm and continue until 9:30 pm.

The large number of expected attendees has led police to prepare arrangements at the venue and on surrounding roads.

Around 500 police officers and personnel will be deployed at the event venue. Security arrangements will cover entry gates, parking areas, major junctions and roads around the college ground.

Police will also monitor crowd movement and regulate entry and exit points to ensure the program proceeds smoothly.

A separate deployment of around 700 traffic police personnel has been planned to manage vehicle movement around RTO Chowk and nearby areas.

Traffic police will make necessary changes depending on the volume of vehicles and pedestrians. Alternative routes may also be used if traffic congestion increases during the program.

The traffic plan has been prepared keeping in mind the expected arrival and departure of thousands of students and vehicles in the area.
