SPPU Extends SOL Admission Deadline

PUNE: Since the School of Open Learning (SOL) of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has been receiving a tremendous response from the students, the university has extended the deadline to apply for the courses till November 20. 

At present, over 7,200 students have taken admissions for different courses offered by SOL. Those interested can take admissions on the website www.unipune.ac.in/sol. 

As per the information provided by SPPU, the courses like B.Com, M.Com, BA and MA have received a maximum response from the students. M.Com has the maximum takers with 2,537 students till now.
“This is the first year that the university has opened the option of open learning for the students and it has quite a large number of takers. We have extended the deadline to ensure that more students and citizens are able to take advantage of the courses,” said SOL Director Sanjeev Sonawane.
