White Army Kolhapur appeals to docs for help

PUNE: White Army Kolhapur has appealed to doctors from across Maharashtra to come to Kolhapur and help the flood-affected people in the relief camps.

The floods in Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara and other parts in the area have displaced lakhs of people. 

The people stationed temporarily in the relief camps are in dire need of several necessities, medical attention being one of the most important ones.

As the floodwaters are receding, the possibility of the spread of diseases and allergies have increased, raising the urgent need of doctors and medical professionals. 

White Army has appealed to doctors to come to Kolhapur, and help those affected by the floods, with medical assistance. 

Veterinary doctors too have been requested to come to the area considering a large number of animals that have been affected by the floods.
