Pune: To help SSC students deal with the pressure and other related issues during the board examination, ‘Supermind’, a city-based organisation working in the education sector, will hold a week of counselling sessions for students. coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the organisation. The counselling session will  begin on Saturday.

“The counselling session will address issues like time management during examination, subject-wise difficulties, silly mistakes, stress management, role of parents, etc. Students of Std IX and X can attend the sessions along with their parents and they will also be counselled on personal level,” said Manjusha Vaidya of Supermind. She also added that qualified counsellors will be present to guide the students and parents need to book appointment in advance.

She also said that the practice question paper sets are available on the website www.supermindstudy.com. The organisation will also distribute practice question papers designed according to new paper pattern amongst the students.

Vaidya said,“The students can download the question papers from our website for free. And these question paper sets are for students of English, Semi-English as well as Marathi medium. Solving question papers is always a good practice of revision before the examination. We are hopeful that even students in rural areas will be benefitted by the project,” Vaidya said.

“From last year, Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has changed the patterns of Marathi, Hindi, and Sanskrit. We have designed the practice question papers according to the new pattern,” Vaidya said adding that these questions sets have been designed by experienced teachers from the city and solving it would certainly benefit the students to do better in the examination.
