Microsoft Outlook experienced a significant outage yesterday, impacting users across the globe, including those in India. The disruption prevented many from accessing their email accounts, sending or receiving messages, and utilising other key Outlook features.

The outage disrupted productivity for businesses and individual users across India, affecting communication and workflow.Users in major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi,Pune and Bangalore reported difficulties accessing Outlook services via both desktop and mobile apps.Microsoft acknowledged the issue on its official status page, confirming that engineers were working to restore services.

The outage predominantly affected users in the United States, with reports of widespread disruptions across various regions. Users reported difficulties accessing their email accounts, sending or receiving messages, and utilising other key Outlook features. Microsoft's support team began investigating the issue early yesterday morning and confirmed that services were gradually being restored.

Microsoft confirmed that services have been fully restored. Users in India should now be able to access Outlook without issue. Microsoft has yet to release the root cause of the incident.
