At this year's CES in Las Vegas, Samsung unveiled its new Micro RGB TVs, offering more vibrant colors in line with the growing trend toward oversized displays. The company’s 130-inch R95H is touted as the world’s largest Micro RGB LCD TV currently available.

Micro RGB offers more accurate colors and brighter backlighting than traditional LEDs and OLEDs. By using tiny individual red, green, and blue LEDs for backlighting, it delivers superior color quality and contrast compared to standard LED TVs.

Samsung is introducing its new line of high-end OLED TVs as it seeks to capture more market share from LG, the leader in this segment known for offering deeper blacks and more vibrant contrast than LCDs. Although Samsung is already a leader in premium TVs, its emphasis on Micro RGB as a new segment within the high-end market could help the South Korean giant maintain an edge over its close competitors.

Samsung is expanding its "AI everywhere" strategy, embedding artificial intelligence into home appliances like TVs and refrigerators. At CES, they introduced AI-powered features such as smarter Family Hub fridges with Google Gemini, recipe suggestions, and food tracking. Additionally, new brain health technology in wearables monitors cognitive decline.
