Actor Nana Patekar may have turned 76 this year, but his workout routine could rival that of any young fitness enthusiast. Photographer and producer Atul Kasbekar shared a video on Instagram showing the actor performing tricep dips with ease, leaving fans impressed. Many were left wondering how Nana continues to exercise so effortlessly at his age.
Nana Patekar does tricep dips at 75
Atul shared a brief Instagram Reel featuring Nana dressed in tan shorts and a white vest, with a gamcha draped around his neck. The actor performs tricep dips effortlessly, without showing any sign of strain, and smiles after finishing.Atul wrote that Nana had completed 15 dips: “A-Ho Nana Sahebbb…!!! You just made me reset my fitness goals!!! That’s #NanaPatekar ji. He’s 76. That’s him powering through tricep dips on the bars. He did 15 (I started recording late).” The photographer further remarked, “I’m slow on the draw some days,” to explain why he didn’t capture all 15 dips on video. He concluded by saying, “But…Back to Nana Saheb. What. A. Legend.”

Amazed fans began speculating about the secret behind Nana’s fitness. When one Instagram user remarked, “He’s that lean and fit even while following a purely vegetarian diet. Time for you to go vegetarian @atulkasbekar,” the photographer responded, “Hate to disappoint you, but he’s not vegetarian. I’ve had lunch at his home.” Another user added, “He cooks and loves to eat fish.” Others chimed in with comments like, “LEGEND (cross emoji) GOD STATUS (tick emoji),” and one person wrote, “That’s incredible, especially at 76.”
