The initiative aims to provide financial assistance to students and support their higher education aspirations.

  • A total of 13,854 applications were received.

  • Of these, 10,305 applications were for the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Scheme (10th-grade students).

  • 3,549 applications were for the Annabhau Sathe Scheme (12th-grade students).

Deputy Commissioner of the Social Development Department, Nitin Udas, stated that all applications will be reviewed as part of the verification process. Once the verification is complete, the scholarship amounts will be transferred directly to the students' bank accounts.
